This is an example of a business with 5 staff members or operators and a variety of services. The appointment duration is dependent on the type of service required, for example selecting Haircut/Hilite/Color will block 2 hours on the scheduler while Men’s haircut will block 30 minutes. Feel free to make an appointment, wait for a few minutes and check your e-mail for a confirmation letter. Also note that appointments can only be made 4 days or more in the future and from Monday to Saturday.

Online Appointment Service for a Doctor’s Office

This is a sample online scheduler for a doctor’s office. The appointment interval in this case is 15 minutes. The lunch hour is blocked off for all days and appointments can be made from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The list of reasons will be provided by your office.

Online Appointment Service for a Business and Conference Center

This is a sample online scheduler for reserving conference rooms, a reception center. an auditorium  with equipment rental options. A choice is made from the drop-down box at the top left corner of the page to select the scheduler for either the Conference Room Q, the Marina Auditorium or the Lincoln Reception Center. Below the scheduler is a list of Reservation types for your customers. The equipment list option will be provided while completing the request form. The appointment interval is 1 hour but the duration is determined by the Reservation type at the bottom of the page.

This is a sample online scheduler for for a Dentist’s office with two locations. A choice is made from the drop-down box at the top left corner of the page to select the from either the Broad Street or Grandview Clinic. The lunch period is between 12:00 and 1:00 p.m.
