Appointments:

  • One appointment per time slot per staff or operator
  • Multiple languages are available to display appointments - English, Spanish, French, Russian etc The languages are available for the front-end only. The e-mail and the database records are still in English
  • Week view with color codes to identify open or booked appointment slots
  • A time out feature allows an appointment to be temporarily reserved whilst the user makes his/her chosen booking. This prevents a quicker user from "stealing" an appointment from under someone's nose
  • Confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer upon creating an appointment. A similar notice is also sent to the staff/operator e-mail address
  • Customer information is saved in the database so there will be no need to reenter the information again when the customer needs to make another appointment at some other time. This is a convenience that is praiseworthy.

  • Setup buffer period within which appointments cannot be made. For example appointments can be made after 1 week buffer period
  • Lunch hour can be blocked from available times
  • View only days that the office opens. For example the scheduler can show Monday to Friday for a business that does not open on weekends.

  • Customer and appointment details and history can reviewed

  • Print appointment snapshots for a selected range of time.

  • Database search by last name, date range, e-mail, customer number and sorted by several
